Read carefully and understand terms of investments
– All investment generates 0.8% ROI (Return on investments) daily, except Sundays (that is, if you invest $1,000,000, you will get $8,000 per day)
– There will be a 72 hours countdown for you to claim your investments
– Investment must be claimed every 72 hours because of maintenance
– All funds are safe; incase you need your funds, initiate withdrawal your funds will be available after 2 working days
– Minimum withdrawal of ROI is $5
– Users who refer people earn based on the kind of package the referred user buys (the higher the package the greater the bonus)
– If user does not register a package, then referral becomes null till invited user invests
1. User Agreement and Acceptance
– Users must agree to the Terms and Conditions before using the platform.
– Users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and accepted the Terms and Conditions.

fees for certain services, such as investment management or administrative fees.
– Users are responsible for paying all applicable fees and charges.
5. Payment Terms and Refunds
– Users must pay for investments in accordance with the platform’s payment terms.
– The platform’s refund policy should be clearly outlined.
6. Intellectual Property and Content
– The platform’s content, including text, images, and logos, is protected by intellectual property laws.
– Users may not reproduce, distribute, or display the platform’s content without permission.
7. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

– The platform will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the platform, except to the extent caused by the platform’s gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
– Users will indemnify and hold harmless the platform, its affiliates, and its service providers against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the user’s breach of the Terms and Conditions.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
– The Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria
– Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved through notice and appeal process, which may include arbitration or mediation.
11. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
– The platform reserves the right to modify or update the Terms and Conditions at any time.
– Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform.
12. Termination
– The platform may terminate or suspend a user’s account at any time, without notice, for any reason.
– Upon termination, users must cease using the platform and return any platform property.
